How do I create an account?
You can create a new account by clicking on My Account, located in the upper right corner of the homepage. A new window will open, click on New Customer and fill out the form.
To create an account, you must provide the following information: name, last name, email address and create a password. You can change your personal information at any time, this information is confidential and will not be sent to third parties. -
Are the items sold on Marais website authentic?
Marais is an authorised retailer for all brands present on the website and in our stores across Australia. The Marais boutiques and its official website offer genuine clothing, shoes and accessories from the designers and brands in fashion globally.

Does MARAIS accept pre-order?
Unfortunately, at this time MARAIS is not able to proceed pre-order. However, customers are able to share more information for specific items to enquiries@marais.com.au.

When will my order be shipped?
Available items will be shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) following the order’s completion. During sales or special promotions, processing times may take longer.

How do I track my order?
If you have an account with Marais, you can view the current status of your order by logging in and viewing My Orders.

Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we are currently offering Australia Interstate and International shipping.

Do I pay customs duty fee if I live outside the AU?
Customs and import duties must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, Marais have no control over these charges as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

What couriers do you use for shipping?
We use TNT for Australia Interstate orders and FedEx for International orders.

Can I return an item?

What do I do if I receive a defective item?
We guarantee that all our items are verified by our quality control department before they are shipped. If you happen to receive a defective item, we ask you to send an email to customercare@marais.com.au specifying your order number and item code, including photos (showing the security tag visibly attached to the item) so that we can assess the defect.
Please note that items that have been damaged due to normal wear and tear, improper use or by accident, are not considered defective items. -

Why am I getting an email/call/text message from NoFraud to confirm a transaction?
You received an email from NoFraud because your transaction had an irregular shopping characteristics and/or elevated risk. NoFraud wants to confirm the transaction was made by the authorized cardholder.

After I confirm the transaction, do I need to do anything else?
After you confirm the transaction there is nothing else you need to do unless you have been asked by a fraud analyst to provide additional information.

Will NoFraud ever ask me for my personal information?
NoFraud will never ask you for your full credit card number, social security number or any other personal information.
