The Maison Mihara Yasuhiro Story

Established in 1997 by Japanese designer Mihara Yasuhiro, the house now known as Maison Mihara Yasuhiro grew out of a singular fascination with how things are made. Yasuhiro studied at Tama Art University in Tokyo and refined his eye under Issey Miyake before building a label celebrated for its craft-led intelligence. Over the years the brand evolved into a complete fashion house, pairing artisanal footwear with avant-garde ready-to-wear that treats imperfection as a form of luxury.
