The Architecture of Post Archive Faction
Post Archive Faction (PAF) was founded in Seoul in 2018 by Dongjoon Lim and Sookyo Jeong, who set out to treat clothing as a problem to be solved rather than a silhouette to be repeated. Drawing on backgrounds in industrial and spatial design, the duo built the label around deconstruction, futurism and rigorous research, an approach that earned Lim a place as an LVMH Prize semi-finalist in 2021. Every garment carries that engineered sensibility, where structure, function and concept matter as much as the final form.
RIGHT, CENTER and LEFT: One Wardrobe, Three Intensities
PAF organises its work into three lines that run from restrained to radical.
