Customs and import duties must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, Marais has no control over these charges as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
We use TNT for Australia interstate orders and DHL for international orders.

If you receive a defective item, please email customercare@marais.com.au specifying your order number and item code, including photos (showing the security tag visibly attached to the item) so that we can assess the defect.
