The Veja Story

Founded in 2004, Veja set out to rethink how a sneaker is made. The founders travelled from the cotton fields of north-east Brazil to the rubber tappers of the Amazon, building a traceable supply chain long before it was fashionable. The label debuted in Paris in 2005 and proved that an everyday trainer could be made with integrity, honest about its materials and its sourcing.

Every pair is made in Brazil from organic cotton, wild Amazonian rubber, vegetable-tanned leather and recycled plastic bottles.
