The REPRESENT Story: From Manchester to a Global Stage
Founded in 2011 by brothers George and Michael Heaton in Horwich, Greater Manchester, REPRESENT began with a handful of screen-printed T-shirts sold to friends, skaters and artists. By 2013 the brothers had moved to in-house garment production, and that obsessive control over fabric and fit has shaped everything since.
Heavyweight Jersey and the Owners Club
The label built its name on heavyweight jersey and hand-distressed graphics, much of it made in Portugal. The Represent Owners Club line sits at the centre of it: a graphic hoodie in loopback cotton, piece-dyed and pre-shrunk so it lands already broken-in, with chest branding that reads like something owned for years.
Building a REPRESENT Look
A Represent hoodie or graphic tee is the starting point for the everyday uniform. Ground it with Represent shoes and finish with Represent accessories, or find reduced heavyweight staples in the Represent sale. This is mens streetwear built to be worn hard and washed down. Reach for the heavyweight staples first and let the graphic do the talking.
REPRESENT Clothing FAQs
What is the Represent Owners Club hoodie?
It is Represent's signature graphic hoodie in heavyweight loopback cotton, piece-dyed and pre-shrunk so it arrives already broken-in.
Is REPRESENT considered luxury streetwear?
Yes. The Manchester-born label pairs heavyweight jersey, considered fit and a strong graphic language, which places it among Britain's defining luxury streetwear names.
Where is REPRESENT clothing made?
Much of the range is made in Portugal, with the brothers keeping close control over fabric weight, wash and fit since moving to in-house production in 2013.
