The Story Behind Palm Angels
Palm Angels began as a photography project. In 2014, Italian designer and photographer Francesco Ragazzi, then at Moncler, documented the skate culture of Los Angeles in a book that lent the label its name. By 2015 the concept had become a fully fledged ready-to-wear brand, founded in Italy alongside New Guards Group. From the outset, Palm Angels has bridged underground street culture and high fashion, channelling a sun-bleached West Coast attitude into pieces made with Italian craftsmanship.
