Warehouse Logistic Supervisor (Full Time)

Responsibility
Warehouse
- Assist with Assistant Warehouse Manager to strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and directions
- Assist with Assistant Warehouse Manager to improve warehouse processes and efficiency
- Assist with Assistant Warehouse Manager to setup the warehouse yearly budget
- Manage deliveries receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations
- Manage the Warehouse team for accuracy, customer satisfaction, on-time results and adhere to company policies
- Organise weekly supply chain to stores
- Assist with props disposal or destruction, as instructed by Assistant WarehouseManager
- Support Stock Controller to resolve inventory discrepancies as identified via warehouse daily operations or cycle stock take processes
- Perform monthly stock takes and check actual store inventory against system records, as planned by the Assistant Warehouse Manager
- Support and develop warehousing employees who responsible for receiving, picking, packing and shipping functions
- Supervise, coach and train Warehouse team, and ensure team is working at optimum level
- Assist with plan work rosters, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
- Liaise with couriers and third-party providers to organise shipment matters
- Manage all freight bookings with domestic and international shipments as needed
- Assist with warehouse policies creation comply with Australia Law
- Ensure dispatch area is clean and organised
- Maintain standards of Occupational Health and Safety, hygiene, and security of stock
- Generate weekly/monthly/warehouse reports
Logistics
- Strategically plan and manage logistics for ITOs
- Plan delivery and time schedule
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
- Liaise with eCommerce Operator to organise the Farfetch and online orders returns on a daily basis
- Communicate with suppliers for restocking the store supplies, including but not limited to shoppers, shipping boxes and tissues
- Resolve any arising logistics relevant problems
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as a warehouse supervisor
- Record of successful distribution and logistics management
- Experience in an warehouse environment
- Experience in ecommerce environment is preferred but not necessary
- Experience in ERP/POS software to keep track of orders, returns, and supply
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
- Good at Microsoft OfficeSuite software
- Highly organised with the ability to work quickly and accurately
- Have a passion for systems, structure, and organisation
- Proficient in standard logistics software
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
